Sold as Seen: All Costumes and Space Helmets are made to order. Once your order has arrived please inspect and report any damage within 24 hours of receipt.
Treatments and Safety: The Space helmets may feature special dyes, (the visors) paints, or flame-retardant treatments that do not match standard retail clothing regulations and might affect sensitive skin.
The Space costume and helmets are for theatrical use may not meet modern domestic safety standards. Please note these are not real Space Suits.
Payment & Shipping: Full payment is required at the point of sale before any items can be shipped. We do accept a 50% deposit to start work but the invoice must be paid in full before being shipped.
Returns and Refunds: Sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or returns are generally not offered for change of mind, however if the item is damaged during shipping it can be returned for a replacement.
If the wrong size is ordered please contact Lucie at info@anvilprops.com to discuss replacement and return.
